Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene & safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Unopened Items
Items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective · Damaged
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos or video. We'll offer a replacement at no extra cost, or a full refund with return shipping covered if approved.
Delivery Issues
Refused or Failed Deliveries
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a possible restocking fee of up to 15% for refused or undeliverable packages.
