Return & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene & safety reasons:
· Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
· Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable).
· Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 14-30 days (we recommend 30 to match industry standard) of receipt with photos/video of the issue. We'll review and offer a replacement (at no extra cost) or full refund (we'll cover return shipping if approved).
· Refused deliveries / failed deliveries: Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and a possible restocking fee (up to 15%).
· Not fully satisfied? We understand finding the perfect fit can take trial and error. For cases outside the above, reach out to support — we'll review individually and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or discount code for your next purchase to help you explore further.
