Warehouse Locations & Shipping Speed

We fulfill orders from multiple warehouses (including US/overseas local warehouses and China) depending on product availability:

o US/Overseas Warehouse (for select popular items): Processing 1-3 business days + Delivery 2-7 business days to most US addresses (fast & reliable!).

o China Warehouse (for most items): Processing 2-5 business days + Delivery 10-25 business days worldwide (tracking provided). Most US orders from China arrive in 10-15 days.

o Mixed Orders (items from different warehouses): Your order may ship in multiple packages – you'll receive separate tracking numbers and delivery estimates for each. This is normal and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible!

 Free Shipping Thresholds (automatically applied at checkout, based on order total):

o $79+ → Free to EU, US (48 contiguous states), Canada, Mexico

o $99+ → Free to Australia, New Zealand, UK, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia

o $119+ → Free to South America, Middle East, Africa, all other regions & US remote areas (Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico)

Important Notes:

o Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees (determined by your country's rules; not included in our prices). Most orders under $800 value clear US customs without duties.

o We are not responsible for delays from customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses.

o Processing times exclude weekends/holidays.
